中医药调控TGF-β及相关信号通路干预早发性卵巢功能不全研究进展OA

Research Progress in TCM Regulation of TGF-β and Related Signaling Pathways for Intervening Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是妇科领域常见且复杂的疾病,严重影响患者的身心健康.转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)及相关信号通路的异常激活可影响机体炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞自噬及凋亡等病理过程,加剧POI发展.本文从中药单体、复方及联合疗法方面梳理中医药调控TGF-β及相关信号通路治疗POI研究进展,研究显示,木犀草素、白杨黄素、淫羊藿苷、姜黄素等中药单体,左归丸、加减益经汤、补天大造丸等中药复方,以及中药联合针灸均可调控TGF-β及其相关信号通路,改善卵巢组织微环境,缓解卵巢功能衰退,提升卵巢储备功能,可为中医药干预POI研究及临床应用提供参考.

Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a common and complex gynecological disorder that significantly impacts patients'physical and mental health.Abnormal activation of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and its signaling pathways can influence pathological processes such as inflammatory responses,oxidative stress,autophagy,and apoptosis,thereby accelerating POI progression.This article reviewed the research progress of TCM regulating TGF-β and related signaling pathways in the treatment of POI from the aspects of Chinese materia medica monomer,compound prescriptions and combination therapy.Research confirms that Chinese materia medica monomers,such as luteolin,poplarin,icariin,and curcumin,as well as TCM prescription,such as Zuogui Pills,modified Yijing Decoction,and Butian Dazao Pills,and the combination of Chinese materia medica with acupuncture,could regulate TGF-β and its associated signaling pathways.These interventions could improve the ovarian tissue microenvironment,alleviate ovarian function decline,and enhance ovarian reserve capacity,which could provide references for TCM intervention in POI research and clinical application.
