桂枝汤方剂分类辨析OA

By analyzing the pathogenesis,efficacy,prescription characteristics,post-prescription notes of Guizhi Decoction in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,as well as the efficacy and indications of Guizhi Decoction-relat-ed formulas,this study found that the therapeutic effect of Guizhi Decoction relies on the three auxiliary sweating methods.Sweating is not unique to exterior-releasing formulas.Guizhi Decoction harmonizes yingfen and weifen and coordinates yin and yang.Neither exterior-releasing formulas nor tonic formulas can fully characterize Guizhi Decoction.Comparatively,its"harmonizing"effect is prominent.
