三拗汤加味联合西药治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎临床观察OA
Clinical Observation of Modified San'ao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis
目的 观察三拗汤加味联合西药治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 患儿106例采用区组随机化法随机分为两组各53例,对照组给予雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予三拗汤加味治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后症状改善情况(肺啰音消失时间、憋喘消失时间、咳嗽停止时间),气道炎症指标水平(嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白),肺功能指标(达峰时间比、达峰容积比、呼吸频率)、中医证候评分和免疫指标,比较临床疗效.结果 观察组患儿症状改善情况均快于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、呼吸频率、中医证候评分、CD8+均较治疗前降低,达峰时间比、达峰容积比、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前升高,且观察组改善程度优对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 三拗汤加味联合西药治疗喘息性支气管炎患儿临床疗效显著.
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified San'ao Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 106 child patients were ran-domly divided into the two groups(53 cases in each group)by block randomization method.The control group re-ceived aerosol inhalation therapy,and the observation group received additional Modified San'ao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms(disappearance time of pulmonary rales,disap-pearance time of wheezing,cough cessation time),levels of airway inflammatory markers(eosinophil cationic pro-tein,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein),pulmonary function indicators(time to peak ratio,volume to peak ratio,re-spiratory rate),TCM syndrome scores,immune indicators and clinical efficacy were observed and compared be-tween the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The symptom improvement in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum eosinophil cationic protein,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,respiratory rate,TCM syndrome scores and CD8+in both groups were decreased,while the time to peak ratio,volume to peak ratio,the CD4+levels and CD4+/CD8+ratio were increased compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Modified San'ao Decoction combined with Western medicine has significant clini-cal efficacy in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.
