猪饲料利用效率性状的遗传解析策略及研究进展OA

饲料成本高(占生猪养殖总成本的 60%~80%)已成为限制我国养猪水平提升的关键瓶颈.解析猪饲料利用效率形成的分子机制,提高猪对饲料的利用效率,是降低养猪成本的关键途径.随着测序技术的发展以及智能化设备的研发应用,为高效获取猪采食及生长性能测定表型数据和组学数据提供了便捷.科研人员通过整合基因组、转录组、蛋白组等策略鉴定了诸多影响猪饲料效率的候选功能基因和分子标记,将其在育种实践中应用,加快了饲料利用效率性状的遗传改良进展.本文综述了猪饲料利用效率性状的遗传解析策略、遗传改良策略及我国节粮型种猪的培育进程,以期为养猪业降本增效、推动节粮型种猪新品种(系)培育提供资料参考.

High feed cost(accounting for 60%~80%of the total cost of pig breeding)has become a key bottleneck restricting the improvement of pig breeding industry in China.Deciphering the molecular mechanisms formed from pig feed utilization efficiency and improving the feed utilization efficiency of pig is a crucial way to reduce pig breeding cost.With the development of sequencing technology and the research&application of intelligent equipment,it is convenient to obtain phenotypic data and omics data of pig feeding and growth performance.Researchers have identified numerous candidate functional genes and molecular markers that affect pig feed efficiency through strategies such as integrating genome,transcriptome and proteome,and applied them in breeding practice,which has accelerated the progress of genetic improvement of feed utilization efficiency traits in breeding practice.In the paper,the genetic analysis strategy,genetic improvement strategy of pig feed utilization efficiency traits and the breeding process of grain-saving breeding pigs in China were summarized,with the aim of providing reference for pig breeding industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency,promoting the cultivation of new breeds(lines)of grain-saving breeding pigs.
