QuEChERS技术改良及其在兽药残留检测中的应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Improvement of QuChERS Method and Its Application in the Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues
QuEChERS 是一种新型的样品前处理技术,具有操作简便、省时和经济等优点,逐渐被应用到动物源食品中兽药残留的检测分析.由于动物源食品基质的复杂性,使用传统 QuEChERS 技术已无法满足兽药残留检测需求,对其萃取与净化环节进行改良已成为 QuEChERS 技术研究的热点.本文在概述 QuEChERS技术原理特点的基础上,分别从萃取体系 pH、萃取溶剂组成、净化吸附剂等方面的改良归纳总结了近年来QuEChERS 技术在兽药残留检测中的研究进展,以期为 QuEChERS 技术的持续优化改良提供参考,推动和扩大其在兽药残留分析中的应用范围.
QuEChERS method,as a new sample pretreatment technology,has been widely used in the detection and analysis of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods because of its simple operation,high accuracy,time saving and economy.Due to the complexity of animal-derived food matrix,traditional QuEChERS method cannot meet the needs of veterinary drug residue detection,and the improvement of extraction and purification process has become the focus of QuEChERS method research.In this paper,based on a review of the principle characteristics of QuEChERS method,the research progress of QuEChERS method in the analysis of veterinary drug residue is summarized respectively,including the pH of extraction system,extraction solvent components and purification adsorbent,which will provide a reference for the continuous optimization and improvement of QuEChERS method,promote and expand its application in the analysis of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods.
