Research Progress on the Application of Plant Flavonoids in Ruminant Production
植物黄酮是一类广泛存在于植物中的多酚类次生代谢产物,包括黄烷酮、黄酮醇、异黄酮、黄烷醇及花青素等多个亚类,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、免疫调节等显著的生物学功能,同时能改善动物产品品质.近年来,植物黄酮在反刍动物营养领域中受到广泛关注,研究表明其在改善瘤胃发酵、增强免疫功能及提升生产性能等方面具有显著的应用潜力.本文综述了植物黄酮的来源、生物学功能及其在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展,可为植物黄酮在反刍动物生产中的精准利用提供重要的理论支撑.
Plant flavonoids are a class of polyphenolic secondary metabolites widely present in plants,including several subclasses such as flavanones,flavonols,isoflavones,flavanols,and anthocyanins.These compounds exhibit significant biological activities,including antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,and immunomodulatory effects,and can also improve the quality of animal products.In recent years,plant flavonoids have received widespread attention in the field of ruminant nutrition.Research has shown that they have significant potential applications in improving rumen fermentation,enhancing immune function,and improving production performance.This review summarizes the sources,biological functions,and research progress on the application of plant flavonoids in ruminant production,providing an important theoretical basis for their precise utilization in ruminant production.
