空气过滤系统在猪舍生物安全中的应用研究进展OA

Research Progress on the Application of Air Filtration Systems in Biosecurity of Pig Houses

随着我国生猪养殖业向高度集约化和区域密集化发展,气溶胶传播已成为非洲猪瘟(African Swine Fever,ASF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome,PRRS)等重大疾病跨区域传播的重要途径,对传统生物安全体系构成严峻挑战.空气过滤系统通过多级物理拦截病原微生物附着的粉尘和飞沫核(粒径 0.3~5.0 μm),在源头上降低空气传播风险,是构建高等级生物安全屏障的关键工程技术.本文综述了猪舍空气过滤系统的拦截机制、滤材配置及通风模式,评估其对空气传播病原防控、空气质量及猪群生产性能的影响,并分析了应用中的局限与运维挑战,为规模化猪场的科学设计和规范应用提供参考.

With the increasing intensification and regional concentration of pig farming in my country,aerosol transmission has emerged as a major pathway for the cross-regional spread of serious diseases,including African swine fever(ASF)and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),posing significant challenges to traditional biosecurity measures.Air filtration systems,which physically capture dust and droplet nuclei(0.3~5.0 μm)carrying pathogenic microorganisms through multi-stage filtration,can reduce the risk of airborne transmission at its source and are considered a critical engineering technology for establishing high-level biosecurity barriers.This review article summarizes the interception mechanisms,filter media configurations,and ventilation modes of air filtration systems used in pig houses.Their effectiveness in controlling airborne pathogens,improving indoor air quality,and enhancing pig production performance is evaluated.In addition,the limitations and operational challenges associated with their practical application are discussed.The findings provide a reference for the scientific design and standardized application of air filtration systems in large-scale pig farms.
