Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Artificial Intelligence and Nutritional Therapy
目的:基于Web of Science(WOS)数据库分析人工智能与营养治疗的研究文献,以明确该领域的研究热点与前沿.方法:通过 WOS数据库收集 2015——2024年该领域的相关文献.运用 CiteSpace和Vosviewer对国家、机构、作者及关键词等文献特征进行统计分析.结果:共纳入173篇(论著129篇,综述44篇)人 工 智 能 与 营 养 治 疗 的 研 究 文 献;Donghia,Rossella、Gerasimidis,Konstantinos、Nichols,Ben等是该领域主要作者;美国与西奈山伊坎医学院是主要的发文国家和机构.核心期刊包括《FRONTIERS IN NUTRITION》《NUTRIENTS》《ADVANCES IN NUTRITION》等.热点关键词聚焦于营养不良诊断、膳食评估、慢性病营养管理以及个性化与精准营养治疗.结论:该领域正逐步获得全球研究者的广泛关注,但研究论文数量仍较低.当前研究重点和趋势集中于人工智能在营养不良诊断、慢性病营养管理及个性化营养治疗中的应用.
[Objective]To analyze the literature related to artificial intelligence(AI)and nutritional therapy research based on Web of Science database(WOS),to clarify its research hotspots and frontiers.[Method]Relevant literature in this field from 2015 to 2024 was collected via the Web of Science database.We used CiteSpace and Vosviewer to analyze the literature characteristics such as country,institution,author and keywords..[Result]A total of 173 publications(129 articles and 44 reviews)related to AI and nutritional therapy.Donghia,Rossella,Gerasimidis,Konstantinos,and Nichols,Ben were the most published authors.The USA and Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine were the leading country and the top institution in this field of study.Core journals included Frontiers in Nutrition,Nutrients,Advances in Nutrition,etc.hot topics focused on malnutrition diagnosis,dietary assessment,nutrition management of chronic disease,and personalized and precision nutritional therapy.[Conclusion]This field is gradually attracting widespread attention from global researchers,but the number of research articles is still low.Ongoing research and trends focus on the application of AI in malnutrition diagnosis,chronic disease nutrition management,and personalized nutrition therapy.
