Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots in Artificial Intelligence in Nutrition Management

目的:分析国内外人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在营养管理领域的研究现状、研究热点和前沿,为未来该领域更深入的研究提供参考.方法:运用可视化软件Cite Space 6.4.R1对中国知网、万方、维普数据库、Web of Science核心合集数据库中发表的人工智能在营养管理领域相关研究进行分析,检索时限为建库至2025年8月1日.结果:共纳入中文文献87篇,英文文献113篇.人工智能在营养管理领域国内外发文量较少但总体呈上升趋势,发文最多的国家为美国(29篇).研究热点主要集中在AI在推荐系统、饮食评估、饮食管理的应用.研究前沿是营养管理、饮食评估、知识图谱、机器学习.研究趋势是营养评估监测和个性化饮食推荐.结论:人工智能在营养管理领域研究不断增加,未来我国研究者应结合国内现状,关注该领域的研究热点及前沿动态,加强国内外机构间合作,加强跨学科合作,增强我国在该领域的国际影响力,推动AI在营养管理领域的发展.

[Objective]The objective of this study was to analyze the research status,hotspots,and frontiers of artificial intelligence(AI)in the field of nutrition management in China and globally,and to provide a reference for future research.[Method]A literature analysis was conducted using the visualization software CiteSpace 6.4.R1.We retrieved relevant publications on AI in nutrition management from the CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,and Web of Science Core Collection databases from their inception until August 1,2025.[Result]A total of 87 Chinese and 113 English publications were included.Although the overall publication output remains relatively low,the number of studies on AI in nutrition management has been increasing.The United States was the leading contributor with 29 publications.Research hotspots primarily focus on AI applications in recommendation systems,dietary assessment,and diet management.Key research frontiers include nutrition management,dietary assessment,knowledge graphs,and machine learning.Emerging trends point towards nutritional status monitoring and personalized nutrition recommendations.[Conclusion]Research on AI in nutrition management is expanding.To foster further development,future research in China should focus on addressing domestic needs while engaging with global frontiers.Enhanced interdisciplinary and international collaboration is recommended to bolster China's impact and accelerate the application of AI in this field.
