中文版正效价系统量表在中国青少年群体中的信效度检验OA

Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Positive Valence Systems Scale(PVSS)among Chi-nese adolescents.Methods:A total of 1,804 secondary school students(from Grade 7 to Grade 12)completed the PVSS.Criterion-related validity was assessed using the Behavioral Activation System Scale(BAS),Temporal Experience of Plea-sure Scale(TEPS),Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale(SHAPS),Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ(BDI-Ⅱ),and Center for Epide-miological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).A subsample of 121 participants was retested after a four-week interval to evaluate test-retest reliability.Results:Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)indicated that the second-order factor model provided the best fit(x2/df=3.259,CFI=0.925,TLI=0.912,RMSEA=0.045,SRMR=0.041).The standardized factor loadings of the 21 items ranged from 0.358 to 0.958.The total score and subscale scores of the Chinese version of PVSS were signifi-cantly positively correlated with BAS,TEPS,and SHAPS,and significantly negatively correlated with BDI-Ⅱ and CES-D(P＜0.01).The Cronbach's α coefficients for the total scale and all subscales ranged from 0.652 to 0.929,and the four-week test-retest reliability coefficients ranged from 0.490 to 0.821.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the PVSS demonstrates good reliability and validity among Chinese adolescents and can serve as an effective tool for assessing reward sensitivity in this population.
