亲密伴侣暴力污名量表的修订及其信效度检验OA

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of intimate partner violence stigma scale(IPVSS)and its measurement invariance across gender in a sample of Chinese college students.Methods:A sample of 1172 Chinese college students were recruited.The minimization and help-seeking scale(MHSS),brief fear of negative evaluation scale(BFNES),perceived personal discrimination scale(PPDS)and the depression anxiety stress scale(DASS-21)were selected as criterion-related indicators.Results:①Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the four-factor struc-ture of Chinese IPVSS was well fitted(x2/df=2.108,CFI=0.936,TLI=0.926,RMSEA=0.048,SRMR=0.039).②Criteria-related validity test showed,intimate partner violence stigma was positively correlated with fear of negative evaluation,per-ceived personal discrimination,stress,anxiety,depression,and minimization,and negatively correlated with help-seeking.③The reliability analysis showed that the Cronbach's α of the IPVSS was 0.825,the test-retest reliability was 0.768,the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.752 to 0.802,and the retest reliability ranged from 0.711 to 0.762.④Measurement invariance analysis showed that the factor structure of the IPVSS was equivalent across genders.⑤Demographic analysis revealed significant gender differences in intimate partner violence stigma scores among college stu-dents.Male students scored significantly higher than females on the total IPVSS score,as well as on the subscales of inter-nalized stigma,anticipated stigma,and perpetrator stigma.Conclusion:Chinese version of IPVSS has good reliability and validity in Chinese college students,and measurement invariance across genders.
