Qualitative Evidence-Based Study on Dairy Products and the Risk of Central Obesity

目的:系统分析奶及奶制品与中心型肥胖之间的关联.方法:以"牛奶""乳制品""奶制品""奶酪""酸奶""肥胖""超重""体重管理""体质指数""BMI""体脂"为文献检索词,在 PubMed、Embase、Medline、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据知识服务平台和中国知网等7个数据库中检索2000年1月1日——2024年2月28日国内外公开发表的相关中英文文献.结果:共纳入12篇文献,包含随机对照试验4篇、队列研究1篇、横断面研究6篇以及病例对照研究1篇.结果显示,增加奶及奶制品摄入有助于降低中心型肥胖的风险(证据等级良,综合评价B级).这种关系受人群特征、奶制品种类和成分等多种因素的影响.结论:增加奶及奶制品摄入有助于减少中心型肥胖的风险.

[Objective]To systematically analyze the association between dairy products and central obesity.[Method]Using search terms such as"milk,""dairy products,""cheese,""yogurt,""obesity,""overweight,""weight management,""body mass index,""BMI,"and"body fat,"relevant Chinese and English literature published between January 1 in 2000,and February 28 in 2024,was retrieved from seven databases,including PubMed,Embase,Medline,Cochrane,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure.[Result]A total of 12 articles were included,comprising 4 randomized controlled trials,1 cohort study,6 cross-sectional studies,and 1 case-control study.The results indicated that increased dairy consumption is associated with a reduced risk of central obesity.The evidence level is moderate,with an overall evaluation of Grade B.This relationship is influenced by various factors,including population characteristics,types of dairy products,and their composition.[Conclu-sion]Increased dairy intake may help reduce the risk of central obesity.
