强脉冲光联合中医药疗法治疗痤疮的临床研究进展OA
Clinical Research Progress of Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acne
痤疮是皮肤科常见的慢性损容性皮肤病,其病因及发病机制复杂,临床治疗多有难点.强脉冲光作为西医治疗痤疮的常用方法,疗效确切,但单一治疗效果有限.近年来,强脉冲光联合中医药疗法治疗痤疮的临床研究逐渐增多,且取得了较好疗效,并体现了中西医结合治疗的优势.本文主要就近年来强脉冲光联合中药、火针、刺络拔罐等中医药疗法治疗痤疮的临床研究进行归纳总结,以期为痤疮的临床治疗提供帮助.
Acne is a common multi-lesion skin disease in dermatology.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex,and there are many difficulties in clinical treatment.As a common method of western medicine in the treatment of acne,intense pulsed light has definite curative effect,but the curative effect of single therapy is limited.In recent years,the clinical research of intense pulsed light combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne has gradually increased,and has achieved good results,reflecting the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This article mainly summarizes the clinical research on the treatment of acne by intense pulsed light combined with traditional Chinese medicine,fire needle,pricking and cupping in the past few years,in order to provide help for the clinical treatment of acne.
