目的:考察初中生的网络游戏成瘾、学校适应和睡眠质量发展趋势,并进一步检验网络游戏成瘾通过学校适应的中介作用影响睡眠质量的纵向作用机制.方法:采用网络游戏障碍量表、初中生学校适应问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷对306名初中生进行为期3年的3次追踪测查.结果:(1)初中生的网络游戏成瘾呈线性下降,学校适应和睡眠质量则呈线性增长;(2)网络游戏成瘾的初始水平和发展速度能直接预测睡眠质量的初始水平和发展速度;(3)网络游戏成瘾的初始水平和发展速度可通过学校适应的初始水平和发展速度间接预测初中生睡眠质量的初始水平和发展速度,即学校适应在网络游戏成瘾对初中生睡眠质量发展的影响中起纵向中介作用.结论:研究揭示了初中生网络游戏成瘾、学校适应与睡眠质量间的动态关联机制,为针对初中生的网络游戏成瘾、学校适应与睡眠质量的渐进式干预提供了实证依据.

Objective:To explore the developmental trends of Internet gaming disorder,school adjustment,and sleep quality among junior high school students,and to further examine the longitudinal mediating mechanism through which In-ternet gaming disorder affects sleep quality via school adjustment.Methods:A total of 306 junior high school students were recruited and followed up for 3 years with 3 waves of measurements.The participants were assessed using the Internet gam-ing disorder scale,the junior high school student school adjustment questionnaire,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index.Results:(1)Internet gaming disorder of junior high school students showed a linear decreasing trend,while school adjust-ment and sleep quality presented linear increasing trends.(2)The initial level and developmental rate of Internet gaming disorder could directly predict the initial level and developmental rate of sleep quality.(3)The initial level and developmen-tal rate of Internet gaming disorder could indirectly predict the initial level and developmental rate of sleep quality among junior high school students through the initial level and developmental rate of school adjustment,indicating that school ad-justment played a longitudinal mediating role in the effect of Internet gaming disorder on the development of sleep quality of junior high school students.Conclusion:The study reveals the dynamic correlation mechanism among Internet gaming dis-order,school adjustment,and sleep quality in junior high school students,and provides empirical evidence for progressive interventions aimed at reducing Internet gaming disorder,improving school adjustment,and thereby enhancing the sleep quality of adolescents.
