目的:探讨ELOS光电协同技术对毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者面部美观的影响及安全性.方法:选取在2022年1月-2024年8月黑龙江省第二医院接受治疗的毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者,共纳入98例,并分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,所使用的分组方法为随机数字表法.对照组给予常规药物治疗,基于对照组,观察组予以ELOS光电协同技术治疗,两组均于1个月的药物治疗后,进行为期9周的治疗.比较两组临床疗效、生活质量、面部美观及满意度评分(治疗9周后),经皮水分流失值、皮肤红斑指数E值、面部图像分析仪(VISIA)红区检测结果、炎症指标(治疗前、治疗9周后),安全性(研究期间).结果:总有效率治疗9周后,观察组(93.88%)高于对照组(75.51%)(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,治疗9周后,两组患者的经皮水分流失值、皮肤红斑指数E值及VISIA红区检测结果均降低,其中观察组更低(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,治疗9周后,两组患者的血清白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-37(IL-37)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均降低,其中观察组更低(P<0.05).治疗9周后,观察组生活质量、面部美观及满意度评分均较对照组更高(P<0.05).结论:ELOS光电协同技术治疗可有效减轻毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者机体内炎症反应,改善患者面部屏障功能,提高患者生活质量、面部美观及满意度,疗效显著的同时安全性良好.

Objective To explore the effect and safety of ELOS photoelectric cooperative technology on facial beauty of patients with telangiectasia rosacea.Methods The subjects were selected from rosacea's patients with telangiectasia who were treated in the Second Hospital of Heilongjiang Province(from January 2022 to August 2024).A total of 98 patients were included.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The grouping method used was random number table method.The control group was given routine drug treatment,while the observation group was given ELOS photoelectric cooperative technology treatment based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 9 weeks after one month of drug treatment.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,facial beauty and satisfaction score(after 9 weeks of treatment)were compared between the two groups,and the values of epidermal water loss,skin erythema index E,red area detection results of facial image analyzer(VISIA),inflammation index(before treatment and after 9 weeks of treatment)and safety(during the study)were compared.Results After 9 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in observation group(93.88%)was higher than that in control group(75.51%)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 9 weeks of treatment,the values of transcutaneous water loss and skin erythema index E and the results of VISIA red zone detection in the two groups decreased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 9 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-37(IL-37)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups all decreased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After 9 weeks of treatment,the quality of life,facial beauty and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ELOS photoelectric cooperative technology can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction in patients with telangiectatic rosacea,improve the patients'facial skin water loss value,skin erythema index E value and VISIA red area detection results,and improve the patients'quality of life,facial beauty and satisfaction,with remarkable curative effect and good safety.
