心理社会支持模式干预对斑块状银屑病患者治疗依从性及病耻感的影响OA

Objective To perform psychosocial support model intervention on patients with plaque psoriasis,and analyze the influence on treatment compliance and stigma of patients.Methods According to the simple randomization method,270 patients with plaque psoriasis in the hospital from August 2021 to August 2024 were divided into control group(n=135,routine intervention)and observation group(n=135,psychosocial support model intervention+routine intervention).The psychological status,treatment compliance,stigma and quality of life were compared between groups before and after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score in the observation group were lower while the scores of all aspects of treatment compliance were relatively high(P＜0.05),and the external stigma score and internal stigma score were lower(P＜0.05)while the scores of dimensions of quality of life scale were higher.Conclusion Psychosocial support model has a significant intervention effect on patients with plaque psoriasis,and it can promote the recovery,reduce the anxiety,depression and stigma,and enhance the treatment compliance and quality of life.
