盐酸米诺环素联合M22强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效观察OA

Objective To observe the aesthetic effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with M22 intense pulsed light in the treatment of rosacea.Methods The medical records of patients with rosacea treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from June 2024 to May 2025 were retrospectively included.According to different treatment methods and propensity score matching method,the above patients were divided into observation group(minocycline hydrochloride combined with M22 intense pulsed light,n=42)and control group(minocycline hydrochloride,n=42).The effective treatment rate,clinical symptoms scores,skin barrier function indexes(transepidermal water loss,epidermal water content,erythema index),quality of life[Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)],safety and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 78.57%(33/42)in control group,which was lower than 95.24%(40/42)in observation group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of telangiectasia,pustules,papules and erythema in observation group were lower compared to control group(P＜0.05).The epidermal water content in observation group was higher while the erythema index and transepidermal water loss were lower(P＜0.05).The DLQI score in observation group was lower compared to control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate in observation group within 3 months of follow-up was lower than that in control group(P=0.034).Conclusion The combination of minocycline hydrochloride and M22 intense pulsed light in the treatment of rosacea can significantly improve the clinical symptoms scores of rosacea,enhance the skin barrier function,improve the quality of life,and effectively reduce the short-term recurrence rate,with good safety and significant aesthetic effect.
