目的 建立牛大力药材的质量标准.方法 采用显微、薄层色谱法(TLC)对牛大力药材进行定性鉴别;依据《中华人民共和国药典》2025 年版四部相关方法,对牛大力药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定;采用气相色谱法测定牛大力药材中农药残留量;采用电感耦合质谱法测定牛大力药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜五种重金属的含量;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定牛大力药材中刺桐碱含量并建立特征图谱.结果 牛大力显微特征清晰;牛大力药材的TLC鉴别分析显示斑点清晰、分离度好;水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、农药残留量与重金属符合《中华人民共和国药典》2025 年版四部药材及药材检定通则要求;水溶性浸出物均大于 15%;HPLC法中刺桐碱其回归方程为y=5 141x+24 958,R2=0.999 5.刺桐碱对照品在 10.71~2 142 ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为 100.08%.其特征图谱重现性好,可用于评价质量均一性、稳定性,具有较好的代表性.结论 该方法专属性强、准确度高、重现性好,可应用于牛大力药材的质量控制.

Objective To establish the specification for Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae).Methods Microscopy and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)were used for qualitative identification of Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae).According to the relevant methods in Volume IV of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2025 Edition),water content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and extractives of Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae)were determined.Gas chromatography was used to determine pesticide residues in Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae).Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the contents of five heavy metals,including lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury,and copper,in Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae).High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of erythraline in Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae)and to establish a characteristic chromatogram.Results The microscopic characteristics of Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae)were distinct.TLC identification showed clear spots with good resolution.Water content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,pesticide residues,and heavy metals met the requirements specified in the General Principle for Inspection of Crude Drugs and Decoction Pieces of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2025 Edition,Volume IV).Water-soluble extractives were all greater than 15%.For erythraline determination using HPLC,the regression equation was y=5,141x+24,958,with a coefficient of determination(R2)=0.999 5.The results indicated good linearity of the erythraline reference standard over the range of 10.71 ng to 2,142 ng,with an average recovery of 100.08%.The characteristic chromatogram showed good reproducibility and can be used to evaluate batch-to-batch quality consistency and stability,with good representativeness.Conclusion The developed method is highly specific,accurate,and reproducible,making it suitable for quality control of Niudali(Radix Millettiae Speciosae).
