M形皮瓣成形缝合术结合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效分析OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of M-shaped flap plasty and suture combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 160 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids scheduled for surgical treatment in Guang'an People's Hos-pital from January 2024 to May 2025 were randomly divided into the control group(80 cases treated with MMH)and the observation group(80 cases treated with M-shaped flap plasty and suture combined with MMH).Postoperative relevant clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of anal pain on the 5th and 7th postoperative days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of grade Ⅰ incision edema on the 14th postoperative day was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The severity of anal bleeding dur-ing defecation on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days after surgery was milder in the observation group(P<0.05).In addition,the anal stenosis rate was lower,the wound healing time was shorter,and the cure rate and overall therapeutic effect were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids,the combined application of M-shaped flap plasty and suture plus MMH can effectively relieve postoperative anal pain,edema and bleeding,reduce the incidence of anal steno-sis,accelerate wound healing and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
