基于数据挖掘的阴虚体质药膳组方规律研究OA

Objective To analyze the prescription formulation patterns of medicated diets for yin-deficiency constitution using data mining techniques,so as to provide a scientific,compliant,and operable medicated dietary therapy regimen for individuals with yin-deficiency constitution,and to promote the intelligent and standardized application of the theory of food and medicine homology.Methods Yin-nourishing and fluid-generating medicated diet formulas suitable for yin-deficiency constitution were systematically collected and screened from the Dictionary of Chinese Medicated Diets.Microsoft Excel 2016,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis,and Cytoscape was used to visualize the association rules.Results A total of 595 medicated diet formulas were screened,involving 384 ingredients(167 Chinese medicinal materials and 217 foods and condiments).The top 3 food ingredients by frequency of use were japonica rice,rock sugar,and snow fungus;the top 3 Chinese medicinal materials were Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),and Fengmi(Mel).Cluster analysis showed that the ingredients could be classified into 5 categories,and association rule analysis identified 19 combinations.The medicated diet types were mainly dishes(38.15%),soups and thick soups(24.37%),and beverages(22.02%).Conclusion The prescription formulation of medicated diets for yin-deficiency constitution follows the core principles of"nourishing yin and moistening dryness,balancing clearing and moistening,pattern differentiation-based matching,and compliance and safety".The compatibility of prescriptions is centered on nourishing yin and generating fluids,while also taking into account strengthening the spleen and protecting the stomach.
