以"调治中焦"法为核心的《金匮要略》药食同源方探析与临证发微OA
Exploration and clinical insights of food and medicine homologous formulas centered on the method of"regulating and treating the middle jiao"in Jin Gui Yao Lue(Synopsis of Golden Chamber)
本文以《金匮要略》中四首药食同源方——小建中汤、甘草干姜汤、茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤及甘麦大枣汤为例,阐释"调治中焦"法的运用规律.研究通过梳理四首药食同源方的源流、病机方义及古今临床应用,揭示这四首方剂虽主治各异,然皆以健运脾胃为核心的治疗特点,为现代临床防治慢性及复杂虚损性疾病提供了源于中医经典的理法思路与实践参考.
This article takes four food and medicine homologous formulas in Jin Gui Yao Lue(Synopsis of Golden Chamber)-Xiaojianzhong Decoction,Gancao Ganjiang Decoction(GCGJD),Fuling Guizhi Gancao Dazao Decoction(FLGZGCD),and Ganmai Dazao Decoction(GMDZD)-as examples to elucidate the application pattern of the method of"regulating and treating the middle jiao".Through analysis of the formulas'origins,pathomechanism,formula principles,and ancient and modern clinical applications,the study reveals that although these four formulas differ in their main indications,they all share a therapeutic characteristic centered on fortifying the transportation of the spleen and stomach.This provides theoretical approaches and practical references derived from classical Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of chronic deficiency disorders in modern clinical practice.
