鞣花酸缓解畜禽氧化应激的作用机制及应用研究进展OA
Progress on the mechanism and application of ellagic acid in alleviating oxidative stress in livestock and poultry
鞣花酸具有强抗氧化性,在体内会被肠道菌群代谢为更易吸收的尿石素发挥生物学效应,从而缓解氧化应激.本文以鞣花酸抗氧化机制为理论框架,综述鞣花酸的代谢过程、代谢产物、作用机制以及其在畜禽生产中的应用.通过特定的肠道菌群代谢为生物利用度更高的尿石素,同时抑制活性氧生成,激活抗氧化信号通路,改善肠道屏障功能等,从而改善精液保存、卵母细胞成熟及促进畜禽健康生长发育.未来应着重解析鞣花酸-肠道菌群-宿主互作网络,建立基于尿石素生物标志物的个性化添加策略,以推动畜牧业高效、绿色发展.
Ellagic acid has potent antioxidant activity and is metabolized by gut microbiota into more bio-available urolithins to exert biological effects,thereby alleviating oxidative stress.This article reviewed the metabolic process,metabolites,mechanisms of action,and applications of ellagic acid in production of live-stock and poultry based on the antioxidant mechanism of ellagic acid as the theoretical framework.Ellagic acid contributes to the improvement of semen preservation,oocyte maturation,and the promotion of healthy growth and development in livestock and poultry by metabolizing specific gut microbiota into more bioavailable uro-liths,while inhibiting the generation of reactive oxygen species,activating signaling pathways of antioxidant,improving the barrier function of gut.In the future,focus should be placed on analyzing the interaction network between ellagic acid,gut microbiota and host,and establishing personalized supplementation strategies based on urolithin biomarkers to promote efficient and green development of animal husbandry.
