[目的]探究不同季节条件下,调整日粮中杂粕添加比例(DDGS、棕榈粕、菜粕)对樱桃谷肉鸭生长的影响,为不同季节适配不同原料配方的日粮在樱桃谷肉鸭养殖中的推广应用提供理论支撑.[方法]以四川省成都市为试验地点,分为春季(2023年3月15日-4月11日)、夏季(2023年8月8日-9月5日)、冬季(2023年12月18日-2024年1月14日)3个批次进行,每个季节的试验周期为28 d(14~42日龄).每批次选择健康、体重相近(春季:0.607±0.002 kg;夏季:0.572±0.002 kg;冬季:0.543±0.002 kg)的14日龄樱桃谷肉鸭1 050只,设计3种日粮,即低杂粕组(6%DDGS+4%棕榈仁粕+4%菜粕)、中杂粕组(12%DDGS+8%棕榈仁粕+8%菜粕)、高杂粕组(18%DDGS+12%棕榈仁粕+12%菜粕),每个季节3个处理,每个处理7个重复,每个重复50只鸭.试验于肉鸭28日龄和42日龄以重复为单位全群称重,并于42日龄每圈挑选2只接近平均体重的肉公鸭进行屠宰,测定屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿比率和腹脂率.称重完毕后,每圈另取3只接近平均体重的肉公鸭自由采食试验日粮4 h,屠宰收集其回肠食糜测定表观养分消化率.[结果]春季试验中,随着日粮杂粕比例的增加,肉鸭只均采食量显著增加(P<0.05),增重成本显著降低(P<0.05),高杂粕组表现最优(14~42 d采食量为7.055 kg/只,增重成本为7.779元/kg);高杂粕组的粗脂肪消化率(65.691%)和中杂粕组的粗灰分消化率(26.183%)显著增加(P<0.05);屠宰性能各组间没有显著差异(P>0.05).夏季试验中,随着日粮杂粕比例的增加,肉鸭只均采食量、料重比和增重成本显著增加(P<0.05),低杂粕组表现最优(14~42 d采食量为5.194 kg/只,料重比为2.168,增重成本为7.532元/kg);表观消化率指标显著降低(P<0.05),低杂粕组表现最优;屠宰性能各组间没有显著差异(P>0.05).冬季试验中,随着日粮杂粕比例的增加,肉鸭末重、只均体增重、只均采食量、料重比和增重成本均显著增加(P<0.05),低杂粕组表现最优(末重为3.809 kg,只均体增重为3.266 kg/只,14~42 d采食量为7.526 kg/只,料重比为2.316,增重成本为8.046元/kg);表观消化率指标显著降低(P<0.05),低杂粕组表现最优;胸肌率(低杂粕组最优,为18.785%)和腿比率(中杂粕组最优,为21.532%)显著降低(P<0.05),但对其他屠体性能没有影响(P>0.05).[结论]春季日粮中可添加较高比例的杂粕替代豆粕,但夏季和冬季添加比例不宜过高.推荐各季节实际生产中具有较优性价比的杂粕应用方案:春季18%DDGS+12%棕榈粕+12%菜粕,夏季和冬季为6%DDGS+4%棕榈粕+4%菜粕.

[Objectives]The effects of adjusting the proportion of miscellaneous meal additives including DDGS,palm meal,rapeseed meal in the diet at different seasons including spring,summer and winter on the growth performance,slaughter performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of Cherry Valley ducks were studied to provide theoretical support for the promotion and application of season-specific dietary formulations with alternative feed ingredients in farming Cherry Valley duck.[Methods]The experiment of three batches in-cluding spring(March 15th to April 11th,2023),summer(August 8th to September 5th,2023),and winter(De-cember 18th,2023 to January 14th,2024),with a experiment period of 28 days(14-42 days old)for a season was conducted in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province,China.1050 14-day old,healthy Cherry Valley ducks with similar weight(spring:0.607±0.002 kg;summer:0.572±0.002 kg;winter:0.543±0.002 kg)were selected from each batch to be fed with three proportions of miscellaneous meal including the low group with 6%DDGS+4%palm meal+4%rapeseed meal,the medium group with 12%DDGS+8%palm meal+8%rape-seed meal,and the high group with 18%DDGS+12%palm meal+12%rapeseed meal,3 treatments per sea-son,7 replicates per treatment,and 50 ducks per replicate.The entire flock was weighed at 28 and 42 days of age of the ducks,and two average-weight male ducks were selected from each pen for slaughter at 42 days of age.The slaughtered ducks were used only for determining the slaughter rate,total eviscerated rate,semi-eviscerated rate,breast muscle rate,leg ratio and abdominal fat rate.3 male ducks with average weight after the weighing completed were randomly selected from each pen and allowed to freely consume the test diet for 4 hours.They were then slaughtered and the ileal chyme was collected to determine the apparent nutrient digest-ibility.[Results]Increasing the proportion of miscellaneous meal in the diet at spring significantly increased feed intake(P<0.05),and the cost of weight gain significantly decreased(P<0.05).The high group performed the best with feed intake per duck from 14 to 42 days of 7.055 kg and the cost of weight gain of 7.779 yuan/kg.The crude fat digestibility in the high group(65.691%)and the crude ash digestibility in the medium group(26.183%)significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups in slaughter performance(P>0.05).The feed intake,feed conversion ratio and cost of weight gain of the ducks at summer significantly increased(P<0.05)with the increase of the proportion of miscellaneous meal in the diet.The low group performed the best with feed intake per duck from 14 to 42 days of 5.194 kg,feed conversion ra-tio of 2.168,and cost of weight gain of 7.532 yuan/kg.The indexes of apparent digestibility significantly de-creased(P<0.05),and the low group performed the best.The final weight,body weight gain per duck,feed in-take per duck,feed conversion ratio,and cost of weight gain at winter all significantly increased(P<0.05)with the increase of the proportion of miscellaneous meal in the diet.The low group performed the best with final weight of 3.809 kg,body weight gain per duck of 3.266 kg,feed intake per duck from 14 to 42 days of 7.526 kg,feed conversion ratio of 2.316,and cost of weight gain of 8.046 yuan/kg.The indexes of apparent digestibil-ity significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the low group performed the best.The pectoral muscle ratio with the best in the low group at 18.785%and leg ratio with the best in the medium group at 21.532%significantly de-creased(P<0.05),with no significant effect on other slaughter performance(P>0.05).[Conclusions]A higher proportion of miscellaneous meal at spring could be replaced to soybean meal in the diet of ducks,but the appli-cation proportion at summer and winter should be reduced.The proportion of miscellaneous meal in the diet recommended in the practice of production is 18%DDGS+12%palm meal+12%rapeseed meal at spring,and 6%DDGS+4%palm meal+4%rapeseed meal at summer and winter.
