半夏泻心汤加减联合西药治疗寒热互结型反流性食管炎临床研究OA

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of intermingled cold and heat type.Methods:A total of 90 patients with reflux esophagitis of intermingled cold and heat type admitted to the Eighth People's Hospital of Panyu District,Guangzhou from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules and Famotidine Tablets,while the observation group received modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in addition to the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for four weeks.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,esophageal mucosal grading scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were compared.The clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,esophageal mucosal grading scores,and PSQI scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine demonstrates acertain therapeutic effect on reflux esophagitis of intermingled cold and heat type.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the severity of esophageal mucosal lesions and gastroesophageal reflux,improve sleep quality,and exhibits a favorable safety profile.
