芳烃定量用内部标样的制备方法及评价OA
Preparation Method and Evaluation of Internal Standard Samples for Aromatic Hydrocarbon Quantification
国内外尚无面向石油行业的芳烃定量用内部标样技术公布,制约了芳烃定性定量分析技术发展.文章介绍了原油中多环芳香烃和同系物定量用内部标样的制备方法、定量方法和质量验证过程.该芳烃定量用内部标样可对萘、菲、䓛、苝、荧蒽、苯并芘、芘、苯并荧蒽、三芳甾、三芳甲藻甾烷、苯并藿烷、MTTC(脱羟基维生素E)等19个芳烃组分系列进行定性和定量.利用气相色谱-质谱对该标样组分进行定性定量、均一性、稳定分析,证实该标样均一性和稳定性良好,可用于芳香烃分析质量控制、检测方法,以及油气勘探开发、环境检测和相关科学研究工作.
There are currently no published internal standard reference materials for aromatic hydrocarbon quantification specifically aimed at the petroleum industry,which has restricted the development of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for aromatic hydrocarbons.This paper introduces the preparation method,quantification method,and quality verification process of internal standards for the quantification of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and their homologues in crude oil.These internal standards for aromatic hydrocarbon quantification can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 19 hydrocarbon components,including naphthalene,phenanthrene,anthracene,pyrene,fluoranthene,benz[a]pyrene,chrysene,benz[a]anthracene,triphenylene,terphenylalkanes,benzohopane,and MTTC(dehydroxylated vitamin E).Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the components of this standard were analyzed for qualitative and quantitative accuracy,homogeneity,and stability,confirming that the standard is uniform and stable.It can be used for quality control of aromatic hydrocarbon analysis,testing methods,oil and gas exploration and development,environmental monitoring,and related scientific research.
