油气田开发VOCs管控技术进展及在环评中的应用OA
Progress in VOCs Control Technology for Oil and Gas Field Development and Its Application in Environmental Impact Assessment
近年来,油气田开发过程中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放问题日益突出,成为制约油气行业绿色发展的关键因素.针对这一挑战,VOCs管控技术在油气田领域的应用也取得了一定的进展.文章从油气田开发过程中VOCs排放的特征入手,系统梳理了在工艺改进、回收处理技术以及泄漏检测与修复技术(LDAR)等方面的技术进展.同时,结合VOCs管控技术在油气田环境影响评价中的应用现状,从排放源识别、排放量估算和环境影响预测三个角度进行了简要阐述.此外,针对当前油气田VOCs管控技术存在的不足,提出了切实可行的改进建议并展望了未来研究方向,旨在为油气企业构建科学、精细的环境管理体系提供基础参考.
In recent years,the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during the development of oil and gas fields has become an important issue,that has become a key factor restricting the green development of the oil and gas industry.In response to this challenge,some progress has been made in the application of VOCs control technology in oil and gas fields.Starting from the characteristics of VOCs emissions during the development of oil and gas field,technological advancements in areas such as process improvement,recycling and treatment technology,and leakage detection and repair technology were systematically reviewed.Meanwhile,combined with the current application status of VOCs control technology in environmental impact assessment of oil and gas fields,the brief exposition was given from three perspectives:identification of emission sources,estimation of emission amounts and prediction of environmental impacts.Furthermore,for the current shortcomings of VOCs control technology in oil and gas fields,practical suggestions for improvement were proposed,and future research directions were outlined,aiming to provide foundational references for oil and gas enterprises in establishing scientific and refined environmental management systems.
