生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选鉴定及在页岩油污水处理中的应用OA
Screening and Identification of a Bioflocculant-Producing Strain and Its Application in Shale-Oil Wastewater Treatment
从油田现场的土壤和二沉池污泥中共筛选出56株细菌,其中12株具有明显的絮凝活性,通过复筛获得一株高效絮凝剂产生菌,经分子生物学鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌.为了提高其絮凝活性,在普通发酵培养基的基础上,优化了碳源、氮源、pH值、摇床转速、温度和接种量的条件.单因素实验结果表明,在弱碱性条件下,对页岩油的去除率比PAM对页岩油的去除率提高了8.8%~19.3%,生物絮凝剂对页岩油污水的浊度和含油量具有更好的去除效果.
A total of 56 bacterial strains were isolated from oilfield soil and secondary sedimentation tank sludge,among which 12 showed significant flocculation activity.Through secondary screening,a highly efficient bioflocculant-producing strain was obtained and identified as Bacillus cereus using molecular biological techniques.To enhance its activity,culture conditions-including carbon and nitrogen sources,pH,rotation speed,temperature,and inoculum size-were optimized.Single-factor experimental results demonstrated that under weakly alkaline conditions,the shale oil removal rate of this bioflocculant was 8.8%to 19.3%higher than that of polyacrylamide(PAM).Moreover,the bioflocculant achieved superior removal efficiency for both turbidity and oil content in shale oil wastewater.
