陆上油田伴生气回收利用是油气行业控制甲烷排放的重要途径,对于推进国家甲烷减排战略、助力实现碳达峰碳中和目标具有积极作用.文章在梳理伴生气特性和排放源、总结回收利用主要技术路线、分析国内外伴生气自愿减排项目方法学现状的基础上,系统构建了陆上油田伴生气回收减排方法学,重点阐明了其减排机理和基准线情景、适用条件、额外性论证与简化机制、减排量计算模型与关键参数、监测计划与数据质量保障体系等核心设计原则和理论框架.通过严格设定项目准入条件、拓宽技术路径适用范围、加强数据监测和联网管理等,构建了符合我国经济社会发展阶段和行业发展特点的伴生气回收方法学,并结合实际案例进一步验证了该方法学的碳减排效果.

The recovery and utilization of associated gas from onshore oilfields serve as a crucial pathway for controlling methane emissions in the petroleum industry,playing a significant role in advancing national methane reduction strategies and supporting the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.Based on an analysis of the characteristics and emission sources of associated gas,a review of the main technical pathways for its recovery and utilization,and an examination of methodologies for voluntary emission reduction projects both domestically and internationally,this study systematically develops a methodology for associated gas recovery and emission reduction from onshore oilfields.It elaborates on the core design principles and theoretical framework,including the emission reduction mechanism and baseline scenarios,applicable conditions,additionality demonstration and simplification mechanisms,the emission reduction calculation model with its key parameters,as well as monitoring plans and data quality assurance systems.By establishing strict project eligibility criteria,expanding the scope of applicable technical pathways,and enhancing data monitoring and network management,a methodology for associated gas recovery has been constructed that aligns with China's socio-economic development stage and industry-specific characteristics.Furthermore,the carbon emission reduction effectiveness of this methodology is validated through a practical case study.
