Non-pressurized structural factors worth considering in heat exchanger tube sheet design by analysis
针对热交换器管板分析设计中容易强化技术手段,而忽视工程因素的状况,基于前人的分析成果并结合3个失效案例与相关工程经验,指出了建模中值得关注的非受压结构件及工况失真问题.某些情况下,管束模型中折流板、拉杆与定距管及隔板的缺失,都会使分析结果不符合工程实际.在案例的分析讨论中,提出了不同程度加以完善的分析模型.有限元二次分析技术、常规设计技术与工程辅助技术对分析设计技术的协同互补是较好的处理对策.通过分析设计的内容及完整性,分析模型的概念及模型的校验,分析设计的客观资源及主观意识等3个专题共7点认识的讨论,提出管束分析设计中采用应力与位移双判据的必要性.建议分析设计中加强工程素养的培养与个性技能的自觉提升.
In view of the tendency in the analysis and design of heat exchanger tube sheets to overemphasize technical means while neglecting engineering factors,this paper,based on previous research results combined with three failure cases and relevant engineering experience,identifies the issues worthy of attention in modeling,including non-pressure-bearing structural members and the distortion of actual operating conditions.In some cases,the absence of baffles,tie rods,spacer tubes and partition plates in the tube bundle model will lead to analysis results inconsistent with engineering practice.In the analysis and discussion of the cases,analytical models improved to varying degrees are proposed.The synergistic complementarity of finite element secondary analysis technology,conventional design technology and engineering auxiliary technology to the analysis and design technology is a better handling countermeasure.Through the discussion of 7 points of understanding across 3 topics—including the content and integrity of analysis and design,the concept and verification of the analytical model,and the objective resources and subjective awareness of analysis and design—the necessity of adopting the dual criteria of stress and displacement in the analysis and design of tube bundles is put forward.It is suggested that in analysis and design,the cultivation of engineering literacy and the conscious improvement of individual skills should be strengthened.
