皮尔格冷轧工艺参数对S32750双相不锈钢管材成型的影响OA
Effect of Pilger cold rolling process parameters on the forming of S32750 duplex stainless steel pipes
针对小口径薄壁双相不锈钢管在冷轧成型过程中易出现的尺寸偏差、椭圆度及壁厚不均等问题,采用有限元模拟方法,研究皮尔格冷轧工艺参数(轧制速度、回转角度和送进量)对S32750双相不锈钢管成型尺寸的影响.结果表明,当轧制速度为70 次/min时,管材的椭圆度与壁厚不均度明显优于其他3种速度;在4种回转角度中,除60°外,其余角度均导致管材产生明显的椭圆变形,成型质量较差;而60°回转角度下,试样中局部高变形区重复出现,可能引发壁厚不均;随着送进量的增加,管材成型尺寸与目标尺寸的偏差及其椭圆度逐渐增大,成型质量随之下降.因此,推荐将70 次/min轧制速度、60°回转角度及2 mm送进量作为优选工艺参数组合.通过影响权重分析发现,送进量对管材冷轧成型的椭圆度和外径偏差影响较大,而轧制速度则对壁厚不均度的影响更为显著.研究可为小口径薄壁双相不锈钢管的轧制生产提供理论指导.
To address issues such as dimensional deviations,ovality,and uneven wall thickness that are prone to occur during the cold rolling forming of small-diameter thin-walled duplex stainless steel pipes,a finite element simulation method was employed to study the influence of Pilger cold rolling process parameters(rolling speed,rotation angle,and feed amount)on the forming dimensions of S32750 duplex stainless steel pipes.The results show that when the rolling speed is 70 cycles/min,the ovality and wall thickness unevenness of the pipe are significantly better than those at the other three speeds;among the four rotation angles,except for 60°,the other angles cause significant oval deformation in the pipe,resulting in poorer forming quality;however,at a 60° rotation angle,localized high deformation zones repeatedly appear in the sample,which may lead to uneven wall thickness;as the feed amount increases,the deviation of the pipe's forming dimensions from the target dimensions and its ovality gradually increase,and the forming quality decreases accordingly.Therefore,it is recommended that the combination of 70 cycles/min rolling speed,60° rotation angle,and 2 mm feed amount be adopted as the optimal process parameters.Through influence weight analysis,it was found that the feed amount has a greater impact on the ovality and outer diameter deviation of the pipe during cold rolling forming,while the rolling speed has a more significant influence on the wall thickness unevenness.The study provides theoretical guidance for the rolling production of small-diameter thin-walled duplex stainless steel pipes.
