基于螺栓载荷的双锥密封垫片接触压力监测方法及试验验证OA
Monitoring method for contact pressure of double-cone gasket based on bolt load and experimental verification
针对高压容器双锥密封结构存在泄漏风险且垫片接触压力难以直接测量的问题,提出一种基于螺栓载荷测量接触压力的间接监测方法.建立双锥密封结构力学模型,推导得出螺栓载荷与垫片平均接触压力的线性映射关系;基于板壳弯曲理论,引入平盖偏转角,构建了考虑径向分布不均的接触压力解析计算方法.搭建双锥密封泄漏模拟试验台,利用垫圈式传感器和感压纸分别获取螺栓载荷与接触压力,并结合有限元仿真对所提方法进行验证.试验及仿真结果表明,在0~4 MPa内压范围内,解析计算的平均接触压力与实测结果误差小于16%;在15 MPa高压工况仿真中,误差仅为0.8%~2.6%.垫片接触压力呈现"两端高、中间低"的径向分布特征,理论计算的分布规律与感压纸实测及仿真结果高度一致.该方法通过监测螺栓载荷可准确反演垫片接触压力状态,验证了模型的有效性,为双锥密封结构的安全监测提供了有效的技术手段.
To address the leakage risk in the double-cone seal structure of high-pressure vessels and the difficulty of directly measuring the gasket contact pressure,an indirect contact pressure monitoring method based on bolt load measurement is proposed.A mechanical model of the double-cone seal structure is established,and a linear mapping relationship between the bolt load and the average gasket contact pressure is derived.Based on plate and shell bending theory,the deflection angle of the flat cover is introduced to develop an analytical calculation method for the contact pressure that accounts for non-uniform radial distribution.A leakage simulation test bench for the double-cone seal is constructed,where washer-type sensors and pressure-sensitive paper are used to obtain the bolt load and contact pressure,respectively,and the proposed method is verified through finite element simulations.Experimental and simulation results show that within the internal pressure range of 0~4 MPa,the error between the analytically calculated average contact pressure and the measured values is less than 16%;in the simulation under a high-pressure condition of 15 MPa,the error is only 0.8%~2.6%.The radial distribution of the gasket contact pressure exhibits a pattern of"high at both ends and low in the middle",and the theoretically calculated distribution is in strong agreement with the results obtained from pressure-sensitive paper measurements and simulations.This method enables accurate inversion of the gasket contact pressure state by monitoring the bolt load,confirming the validity of the model and providing an effective technical approach for the safety monitoring of double-cone seal structures.
