Research on the Durability Performance of PE Air Fiber Materials

本文研究探究了PE空气纤维材料的密度(60 kg/m3、70 kg/m3、80g/m3)与厚度(5 cm、10 cm、15 cm)对材料耐久性的影响规律.通过床垫耐久性试验,结果表明:(1)密度对边部耐久区域的厚度损失影响不明显,10,000次试验后样品的厚度损失率在1.0%~3.1%;(2)密度是决定睡眠区域耐久性的关键因素:密度提升显著降低厚度损失率.高密度材料(80 kg/m3)在所有厚度下均表现卓越,为轻量化薄垫设计(5 cm)提供可靠支持;(3)厚度效应存在双面性:增加厚度会增大绝对变形量,但显著降低相对损失率,提升实际耐久性;当厚度大于等于5 cm时,边部耐久性损失率>10%的风险极低(建议标准中可豁免硬性规定);而≤5 cm的薄垫在睡眠区耐久性(30,000次)中损失率>10%的风险较高,需避免使用单一低密度材料或优先选用80 kg/m3高密度芯料;(4)硬度稳定性突出:所有试样均为硬床垫,耐久性试验后压陷硬度等级变化较小(仅0.1~0.2),表明材料结构可靠.

This paper study studies the effect of density(60,70,80 kg/m3)and thickness(5 cm,10 cm,15 cm)of PE air fiber materials on their durability.Through mattress durability tests,the results are as follows.(1)Density has no significant effect on the thickness loss of the edge durability area.After 10,000 tests,the thickness loss rate of the samples is between 1.0%and 3.1%.(2)Density is the key factor determining the durability of the sleeping area,and an increase in density significantly reduces the thickness loss rate.High-density materials(80 kg/m3)perform excellently in all thicknesses and provide reliable support for the design of lightweight thin pads(5 cm).(3)The effect of thickness has double natures:increasing the thickness will increase the absolute deformation amount,but significantly reduces the relative loss rate,thereby improving actual durability.When the thickness is greater than or equal to 5 cm,the risk of the edge durability loss rate exceeding 10%is extremely low(it is recommended that the rigid requirements be exempted in standards);however,for thin pads with a thickness of 5 cm or less,the risk of the durability loss rate in the sleeping area(30,000 times)exceeding 10%is relatively high.It is necessary to avoid using single low-density materials or prioritize the use of 80 kg/m3 high-density core materials.(4)The hardness stability is outstanding.All samples are hard mattresses,and the indentation hardness grade changes are small(only 0.1~0.2)after durability tests,indicating a reliable material structure.
