This study proposes a measurement method and error analysis for high-precision force sensors,and puts forward a measurement design covering equipment settings and algorithm processing.Through precise equipment calibration,data processing algorithms,and error quantification models,the research has broken through the limitations of traditional technology and provided a standardized technical path for measuring force values from micronewtons to meganewtons.The implementation of adaptive filtering technology and error optimization strategy has significantly improved the measurement accuracy of sensors,providing reliable technical support for precision measurement in fields of industrial automation and aerospace.
