酒糟菌肥对3种蔬菜生长的影响OA
Effect of distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on growth of three vegetables
[目的]探明酒糟菌肥对3种蔬菜生长的影响,为白酒产业废弃物的资源化利用提供理论依据.[方法]将杂色曲霉JP7(Aspergillus versicolor JP7)与酒糟混合发酵制成酒糟菌肥,设空白组、酒糟组(添加酒糟50 g/盆)及酒糟菌肥组(添加酒糟菌肥50 g/盆)3个处理,以上海青、菠菜和茼蒿为供试材料进行盆栽试验.分别于播种后25 d和50 d取样,测定3种蔬菜的株高、鲜质量、叶长及叶数量等生长指标,并采用主成分分析法开展综合评价,研究酒糟菌肥对3种蔬菜生长的影响.[结果]酒糟中添加A.ver-sicolor JP7后,纤维素等碳水化合物含量明显降低.与酒糟组相比,播种25 d酒糟菌肥显著提升上海青的株高(14.32%)、鲜质量(25.40%)和叶长(17.67%),菠菜的叶数量(8.00%)及茼蒿的株高(9.50%)、鲜质量(28.23%)和叶长(19.60%).播种50 d酒糟菌肥显著促进上海青鲜质量(20.80%)、叶长(17.07%)和叶数量(12.96%),菠菜的叶长(7.35%)和叶数量(11.11%)及茼蒿的叶数量(7.84%).主成分综合评价显示,各处理组对3种蔬菜的促生效果均为酒糟菌肥组>酒糟组>空白组,且酒糟菌肥对不同蔬菜的促生效果为上海青>菠菜>茼蒿.[结论]酒糟菌肥能显著促进3种蔬菜的生长,其中对上海青的促生效果最优.
[Objective]The impact of distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on growth of three vegetables was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for resource utilization of waste produced from liquor industry.[Method]The distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer was prepared from As-pergillus versicolor JP7 mixed with distillers' grains.Three treatments of blank group,distillers' grains group(50 g distillers'grains/pot)and distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer group(50 g distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer/pot)and three vegetables of Brassica chinensis,Spinacia oleracea and Chrysanthemum coronarium were designed for the pot experiment.The height,fresh weight,leaf length and leaf number of B.chinensis,S.oleracea and C.coronarium were determined on 25 d and 50 d after sowing,and comprehensively evaluated by PCA to study the impact of distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on growth of three vegetables.[Result]The carbohydrates content of three vegetables applied with distiller's grains bacterial fertilizer decreased significantly.The height,fresh weight and leaf length of B.chinensis applied with distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on 25 d after sowing increased by 14.32%,25.40%and 17.67%,the leaf number of S.oleracea applied with distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on 25 d after sowing increased by 8.00%,and the height,fresh weight and leaf length of C.coronarium ap-plied with distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on 25 d after sowing increased by 9.50%,28.23%and 19.60%compared with those of distillers' grains group,respectively.The fresh weight,leaf length and leaf number of B.chinensis applied with distillers' grains bacterial fertil-izer on 50 d after sowing increased by 20.80%,17.07%and 12.96%,the leaf length and leaf number of S.oleracea applied with distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on 50 d after sowing increased by 7.35%and 11.11%,and the leaf number of C.coronarium applied with distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer on 50 d after sowing increased by 7.84%compared with those of distillers' grains group,respectively.The principal component analysis indicated that the growth-promoting effect for three vegetables in three groups was distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer group>distillers' grains group>blank group,and the growth-promoting effect for three vegetables in distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer group was B.chinensis>S.oleracea>C.coronarium.[Conclusion]The distillers' grains bacterial fertilizer can promote growth of three tested veg-etables significantly,and has the optimal growth-promoting effect on B.chinensis.
