戏剧服装染色工艺中印染助剂的选择与优化OA
Selection and optimization of printing and dyeing auxiliaries in drama costume dyeing process
戏剧服装为满足舞台艺术表达的独特需求,须兼顾高色彩饱和度、多样化纤维兼容性以及反复穿戴耐久性,而印染助剂的选择与优化是实现其需求的关键.梳理戏剧服装染色中助剂的功能分类与作用机制,构建了涵盖艺术表现、安全健康、工艺适配以及环境合规的四维选择标准.基于此,提出以源头替代采用水性聚氨酯、生物基材料降低化学风险;过程协同通过一浴法工艺与纳米微胶囊技术提升加工效能;智能控制借助传感器与数字模拟实现助剂精准投加的优化方案,以通过多维度协同优化助剂体系,为戏剧服装可持续染制提供技术参考.
Drama costumes need to meet the unique requirements of stage art expression,taking into ac-count high color saturation,diversified fiber compatibility,and durability for repeated wearing.The selection and optimization of dyeing auxiliaries are the key to achieving these requirements.By reviewing the functional classification and action mechanism of auxiliaries in drama costume dyeing,a four-dimensional selection stan-dard covering artistic expression,safety and health,process adaptation,and environmental compliance was constructed.Based on this,an optimization scheme was proposed,including source substitution by using wa-ter-based polyurethane and bio-based materials to reduce chemical risks;process synergy by using one-bath process and nano microcapsule technology to improve processing efficiency;and intelligent control by using sensors and digital simulation to achieve precise addition of auxiliaries.Through multi-dimensional collabora-tive optimization of the auxiliaries system,this provides technical reference for the sustainable dyeing of dra-ma costumes.
