高效液相色谱法快速测定非离子表面活性剂中的7种醛酮类化合物OA
Rapid determination of seven aldehyde-ketone compounds in nonionic surfactants by high-performance liquid chromatography
建立了一种快速测定非离子表面活性剂中7种醛酮类化合物含量的液相色谱分析方法.采用ODS-3 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)液相色谱柱、DAD检测器,以乙腈为溶解相,使用Agilent 1260液相色谱仪对非离子表面活性剂中的甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛、丙酮、丙醛、丁醛和苯甲醛7种醛酮类化合物进行分离和外标法定量.该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 5~1.000 0,平均回收率为93.0%~105.5%,RSD为0.6%~2.8%,7种醛酮类化合物的检出限为0.002~0.004 mg/L,定量限为0.008~0.013 mg/L.该方法对于非离子表面活性剂中7种醛酮类化合物含量的检测具有高专属性、简单方便、精确度高、重复性稳定等优点,适用于非离子表面活性剂中7种醛酮类化合物含量的快速检测.
This study established a liquid chromatography analysis method for rapidly determining the con-tents of seven aldehyde-ketone compounds in nonionic surfactants.An ODS-3 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used as the liquid chromatography column,and a DAD detector was employed.Acetonitrile was used as the eluent,and the Agilent 1260 liquid chromatograph was used to separate and quantitatively determine seven aldehyde-ketone compounds such as formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,propionaldehyde,acetone,propylaldehyde,butanone,and benzaldehyde in nonionic surfactants.The linear correlation coefficient of this method was 0.999 5-1.000 0,the average recovery rate was 93.0%-105.5%,the RSD was 0.6%-2.8%,and the detection limits of the seven aldehyde-ketone compounds were 0.002-0.004 mg/L,while the quantification limits were 0.008-0.013 mg/L.This method has the advantages of high specificity,simplicity,convenience,high accuracy,and stable repeatability for the detection of seven aldehyde-ketone compounds in nonionic surfactants,and is suitable for the rapid detection of the contents of seven aldehyde-ketone compounds in nonionic surfactants.
