针对植物染料在纤维素纤维基质上直接上染时所遇到的上染率低、色谱单一和染色牢度差等共性问题,主要研究几种典型的植物染料与硫酸铝钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜等金属媒染剂结合对棉、亚麻织物染色效果的影响机理.通过对染色织物表观颜色深度(K/S值)、颜色特征值(L*、a*、b*)以及色牢度进行测定,研究了金属离子和染料分子之间配位络合作用对显色行为的影响规律.结果表明,不同媒染剂通过改变染料共轭体系的电子云分布,大大扩展了色相范围,并提高了得色量;金属络合物在纤维内部的沉积作用可以提高耐洗、耐摩擦色牢度.对棉和麻的微观吸附性能进行了比较,给植物染料在天然纤维素纺织品上高质开发提供理论依据和工艺参考.

In view of the common problems encountered when plant dyes are directly applied to cellu-lose fiber substrates,such as low dye-uptake,monochromatic color spectrum,and poor color fastness,this study mainly investigates the mechanism of the dyeing effect on cotton and linen fabrics when several typical plant dyes are combined with metal mordants such as aluminum potassium sulfate,ferrous sulfate,and cop-per sulfate.By measuring the apparent color depth(K/S value),color characteristic values(L*、a*、b*),and color fastness of the dyed fabrics,the influence of coordination complexation between metal ions and dye mole-cules on color development behavior is studied.The results showed that different mordants greatly expand the hue range and increased the color yield by altering the electron cloud distribution of the dye conjugated system,the deposition of metal complexes inside the fibers could improve the wash and rubbing fastness.A comparison of the microscopic adsorption properties of cotton and linen provided theoretical basis and pro-cess reference for the high-quality development of plant dyes on natural cellulose textiles.
