高温匀染剂对涤纶针织物染色性能的影响OA
Influence of high-temperature leveling agent on the dyeing properties of polyester knitted fabric
为了开发涤纶针织物的快速染色工艺,探讨了多种单一型和复配型高温匀染剂对染色表观颜色深度(K/S值)、缓染性和移染性的影响,并测试了其对分散染料的高温分散性.结果表明:600#磺化+600MO(1∶3)复配型和DM-2115两只高温匀染剂的应用性能相对最佳.对比快速染色和常染色工艺发现,前者具有高效和节能的优势.
In order to develop a fast-dyeing process of the polyester knitted fabric,the influence of vari-ous single high-temperature leveling agents as well as their mixtures on dyeing color depth(K/Svalue),retard-ing and migrating properties of the fabric was investigated.The high-temperature dispersion of disperse dyes in the present of the high-temperature leveling agent was determined.The results showed that the dyeing performances for two agents including 600#sulfonated+600MO(1∶3)and DM-2115 were optimal.Compared to the conventional dyeing process,the fast-dyeing process has higher efficiency and better saving energy.
