Research on Online Cathode Repair Technology for 400 kA Prebaked Anode Aluminum Reduction Cells
针对400 kA中间下料预焙铝电解槽炉底破损在线修复的技术难题,研究一种不停槽、不停电的在线修复技术.通过阴极电流分布、炉底温度及原铝铁含量的多参数分析,建立了炉底破损精准定位方法,优化了修复物料配比与工艺参数.工业应用结果表明,与传统修复工艺相比,炉底压降降低50%;工作电压降低50%.该技术有效延长了破损槽寿命,对大型预焙槽安全高效运行提供了技术借鉴.
Aiming at the technical difficulties of online repair for bottom damage in 400 kA center-fed prebaked aluminum reduction cells,an online repair technology without cell shutdown or power cut was studied.Through multi-parameter analysis of cathode current distribution,cell bottom temperature and primary aluminum iron content,an accurate positioning method for cell bottom damage was established,and the repair material ratio and process parameters were optimized.Industrial application results show that compared with the traditional repair process,the cell bottom voltage drop is reduced by 50%;operating voltage is decreased by 50%;This technology effectively prolongs the service life of damaged cells and provides a technical reference for the safe and efficient operation of large prebaked cells.
