Determination of Fluoride in Rosin-Based Flux by Ion Selective Electrode Method
建立了离子选择电极法测定松香基助焊剂中氟含量的分析方法,开展了称样量、分解温度、溶剂用量、总离子强度调节剂用量及电极稳定时间、常见共存离子干扰试验.结果表明,方法测定范围为0.1%~4.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为1.66%~2.08%,加标回收率为95.2%~104.0%,与离子色谱法比对结果一致,适用于助焊剂中氟含量的测定.
An analytical method for the determination of fluoride content in rosin-based flux by ion selective electrode method was established.Experiments were carried out on sample weight,decomposition temperature,solvent dosage,total ionic strength adjuster dosage,electrode stabilization time and interference of common coexisting ions.The results show that the determination range of the method is 0.1%~4.0%,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)is 1.66%~2.08%,and the recovery rates of standard addition are 95.2%~104.0%.The results are consistent with those by ion chromatography,indicating that the method is suitable for the determination of fluoride content in flux.
