聚醚酯抗静电剂的制备及性能OA
Preparation and properties of polyetherester antistatic agent
以对苯二甲酸(PTA)为原料,采用先酯化后缩聚的合成路线,通过优化酯化工艺和调整关键材料实现聚醚酯耐久抗静电剂的制备.研究发现:微负压条件下酯化反应效率显著提高,优化酯化条件为:温度180℃、压力-0.02 MPa、时间3 h;引入间苯二甲酸(IPA)和提高PEG平均相对分子质量能够有效改善聚醚酯共聚物的水溶性、抗静电性,后者还能提升抗静电剂的耐洗性和织物手感.结果表明,加入8%IPA(对二元酸总质量)和33%PEG 1 540(对PEG总质量)的抗静电剂HC-A04综合性能最优,应用前景较好.
Using phthalic acid(PTA)as the raw material,the polyetherester durable antistatic agent was prepared through a synthesis route of esterification followed by polycondensation.The study found that the es-terification reaction efficiency was significantly improved under a micro-negative pressure condition.The opti-mized esterification conditions were:temperature 180℃,pressure-0.02 MPa,and time 3 h.The introduction of isophthalic acid(IPA)and increasing the average relative molecular weight of PEG could effectively improve the water solubility and antistatic property of the polyetherester copolymer.The latter could also enhance the wash resistance and fabric feel of the antistatic agent.The results showed that the antistatic agent HC-A04 with 8%IPA(total weight of diacid)and 33%PEG 1 540(total weight of PEG)had the best comprehensive per-formance and had a better application prospect.
