[目的]挖掘枯草芽孢杆菌XH-1在稻瘟病生防领域的应用潜力.[方法]通过平板对峙测试XH-1对稻瘟病菌的拮抗作用;通过CM产孢、疏水玻片诱导孢子萌发、叶鞘侵染、喷雾接种等探究XH-1对稻瘟病菌孢子产量、孢子萌发、侵染结构的发育、侵染力等过程的影响;通过田间防效测试分析XH-1的应用潜力.[结果]XH-1与稻瘟病菌Guy11平板对峙分析发现XH-1能够抑制Guy11的菌落生长,抑制率为85.75%;将XH-1发酵液加入CM培养基中,稻瘟病菌菌落生长受到严重抑制,抑制率分别为99.55%(1 ×)、90.91%(10 ×)、50.23%(100 ×),且产孢量锐减;孢子萌发试验显示,XH-1能阻断分生孢子萌发,还会抑制附着胞的形成;叶鞘侵染观察显示XH-1发酵液能够有效抑制Guy11侵染过程;致病力分析发现XH-1发酵液能抑制Guy11对水稻的侵染力;田间防效测试显示,XH-1发酵液能够抑制稻瘟病在田间发生.[结论]枯草芽孢杆菌XH-1在稻瘟病菌中表现出较好的生防潜能,具有较好的应用前景,可为稻瘟病的生物防治提供资源.

[Objective]The present paper aimed to explore the application potential of Bacillus subtilis strain XH-1 in the biocontrol of rice blast.[Method]The antifungal activity of XH-1 against Magnaporthe oryzae was assessed using a plate confrontation assay.The effects of XH-1 on various stages of the fungus,including conidial production(evaluated on complete medium,CM),conidial germination(induced on hydro-phobic slides),development of infection structures(induced by leaf sheath inoculation),and pathogenicity(via spray inoculation)were in-vestigated.The application potential of XH-1 was further analyzed through field efficacy trials.[Result]The plate confrontation analysis be-tween XH-1 and Guy11 showed that XH-1 could inhibit the colony growth of Guy11,with an inhibition rate of 85.75%.When XH-1 was added to CM medium,the colony growth of M.oryzae was severely inhibited,with inhibition rates of 99.55%(1×),90.91%(10×)and 50.23%(100 ×),respectively,while conidiation was sharply curtailed.Spore-germination assays revealed that XH-1 not only blocks conidi-al germination but also suppresses appressorium formation.Observation of sheath infection showed that XH-1 fermentation broth could effec-tively inhibit the infection process of Guy11.Pathogenicity analysis showed that XH-1 fermentation broth could inhibit the pathogenicity of Guy11 on rice.The field control effect test showed that XH-1 fermentation broth can suppress the onset of rice blast in the field.[Conclu-sion]The B.subtilis XH-1 demonstrates promising potential against rice blast and shows considerable application prospects,providing a valua-ble resource for the biological control of this disease.
