叶面喷施ABA对花铃期棉花叶片超微结构及光合作用的影响OA
Effects of foliar spraying ABA on ultrastructure and photosynthesis of cotton leaves at bolling stage
[目的]探究ABA对棉花花铃期叶片光合效应和超微结构的影响机理,为通过ABA调控南疆棉花无效水分损耗提供理论依据.[方法]以新疆阿拉尔大田栽培棉花品种'塔河2号'植株为对象,进行叶面喷施清水(对照)及低浓度(50 μmol/L)、高浓度(100 μmol/L)ABA处理,测定叶片光合色素含量、气体交换参数、气孔特征和超微结构等指标.[结果]与对照相比,喷施ABA 1 d后,高、低浓度处理棉花叶片气孔密度、形状指数、叶绿体面积和水分利用效率均有所增加,而叶绿素含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率降低,且以高浓度处理效果更明显;喷施ABA 4 d后,叶片气孔密度在高浓度下降低,在低浓度下增加,形状指数在高浓度下增加;ABA处理叶片叶绿体排列较整齐,致密性好,但数目明显减少,且高浓度处理叶绿体内淀粉粒较大.[结论]叶面喷施ABA使棉花叶片气孔开度、叶绿素含量、光合效率和蒸腾速率降低,叶绿体面积和周长增加,且高浓度处理降低水分蒸腾和提升水分利用效率的效果较好.
[Objective]The study aims to investigate the mechanism of different concentrations of ab-scisic acid(ABA)on the photosynthetic effect and ultrastructure of cotton leaves during the bolling stage,to provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of cotton ineffective water loss by ABA in southern Xin-jiang.[Method]Cotton'Tahe No.2'cultivated in Alar of Xinjiang was sprayed with water(control)and ABA at low concentration(50 μmol/L)and high concentration(100 μmol/L).Photosynthetic pigment content,gas exchange parameters,stomatal characteristics and ultrastructure of leaves were determined.[Result]Compared with the control,after ABA spraying for 1 d,the stomatal density,shape index,chloro-plast area,and water use efficiency of cotton leaves were increased,while the chlorophyll content,net pho-tosynthetic rate,and transpiration rate were decreased.The effect of the high concentration treatment was more obvious.After ABA spraying for 4 d,the stomatal density of cotton leaves treated with a high concen-tration was decreased and the shape index was increased,while that of low concentration treatment was in-creased.The chloroplasts in the cells of cotton leaves treated with ABA were neatly arranged and compact,but the number of chloroplasts was decreased.The starch grains in the chloroplasts under high ABA treat-ment became larger.[Conclusion]Foliar spraying of ABA reduces stomatal opening,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic efficiency,and transpiration rate,and increases chloroplast area and perimeter in cotton leaves.High concentration treatment is more effective in reducing the ineffective water loss and enhancing water use efficiency in cotton.
