外施芥子酸对猕猴桃叶片光合特性及果实品质的影响OA
Effects of exogenous application of sinapic acid on hotosynthetic characteristics of kiwifruit leaves and fruit quality
[目的]探究芥子酸对猕猴桃光合特性及果实品质的影响,为猕猴桃果实品质提升提供理论依据和技术支撑.[方法]以美味猕猴桃优系'23-1'为研究材料,设置0.25,0.5和1.0mmol/L3个芥子酸浓度梯度,采用喷施和根灌2种方式处理,系统探究芥子酸对猕猴桃光合特性以及果实外观和内在品质的影响.[结果]芥子酸处理可提高猕猴桃各发育阶段叶片叶绿素含量,以0.5 mmol/L根灌处理效果最显著;提高猕猴桃叶片净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度及气孔导度,改善叶片光合效率,其中以1.0 mmol/L喷施处理效果最明显.根灌和喷施1.0 mmol/L芥子酸均可显著提升果实成熟期单果质量,且效果优于其他处理,增幅分别达到17.8%和15.9%;0.5 mmol/L芥子酸喷施处理的后熟后果实可溶性固形物含量显著提高了9.76%,但维生素C与类黄酮含量显著降低.1.0 mmol/L根灌处理的后熟后果实可溶性固形物、维生素C含量分别提高了9.05%和54.71%.[结论]综合分析芥子酸对猕猴桃叶片光合特性和果实品质的影响,认为1.0 mmol/L芥子酸根灌处理效果最佳.
[Objective]This study investigated the effects of sinapic acid treatment on photosynthetic cha-racteristics and fruit quality of kiwifruit,to provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for improving kiwifruit fruit quality.[Method]Using the superior line'23-1'of Actinidia deliciosa as experimental material,three sinapic acid concentration gradients(0.25,0.5,and 1.0 mmol/L)were established and two treatment methods(foliar spraying and root irrigation)were applied in this study to systematically analyze the effects of sinapic acid on the photosynthetic characteristics of kiwifruit plants and the external/internal quality of the fruits.[Result]The application of sinapic acid enhances chlorophyll content in kiwifruit leaves across various develop-mental stages,with the 0.5 mmol/L root irrigation showing the most significant effect.The treatment improved leaf photosynthetic efficiency by increasing net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,and stomatal conductance,with the 1.0 mmol/L foliar spraying showing the most significant effect.Both root irrigation and foliar spraying treatments with 1.0 mmol/L sinapic acid significantly enhanced individual fruit weight during maturation stage,with increases of 17.8% and 15.9%,respectively,outperforming other treatments.Post-ripe-ning fruits treated with 0.5 mmol/L foliar spraying exhibited a notable increase of 9.76% in soluble solids con-tent,though accompanied by significant reductions in vitamin C and flavonoid content.Conversely,1.0 mmol/L root irrigation treatment elevated post-ripening fruit quality by increasing soluble solids and vitamin C content by 9.05% and 54.71%,respectively.[Conclusion]Based on the integrated analysis of overall effects of sinapic acid on the photosynthetic characteristics of kiwi leaves and fruit quality,the 1.0 mmol/L root irrigation treat-ment was determined to be the most effective.
