五种发酵蛋白原料的生长猪有效能值和回肠末端氨基酸消化率测定OA

旨在通过消化代谢试验和回肠末端氨基酸消化率试验评价五种不同蛋白质原料(分别是50发酵豆粕、43发酵豆粕、发酵米糠粕、发酵棕榈粕1、发酵棕榈粕2)在生长猪上的有效能和回肠末端氨基酸消化率.试验1:选用36头健康的"杜×长×大"三元生长猪(35.04±1.74 kg),随机分为6个处理,(每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头猪).6个处理组分别饲喂玉米豆粕基础饲粮、50发酵豆粕饲粮、43发酵豆粕饲粮、发酵米糠粕饲粮、发酵棕榈粕1饲粮、发酵棕榈粕2饲粮,试验组日粮按照基础饲粮中供能成分等比例以15%含量的5种蛋白原料替代玉米豆粕.采用全收粪法测定5种蛋白原料的生长猪消化能和代谢能.试验2:本试验选用18头平均体重50.13±2.53 kg、安装了简单T型瘘管的"杜×长×大"三元杂交健康去势公猪,按照不完全拉丁方试验设计随机分为6组,共进行2期试验(每期试验预试期5 d,正试期2d,试验期总共14 d),每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪.试验日粮分别以50发酵豆粕、43发酵豆粕、发酵米糠粕、发酵棕榈粕1、发酵棕榈粕2作为唯一蛋白质和氨基酸来源,以无氮日粮校正内源氮损失.正试期收集回肠食糜用于测定氨基酸的表观回肠消化率(AID)和标准回肠消化率(SID).结果表明:1)在干物质基础上,50发酵豆粕、43发酵豆粕、发酵米糠粕、发酵棕榈粕1、发酵棕榈粕2在生长猪上的消化能和代谢能分别为 18.16 和 17.33 MJ·kg-1、13.51 和 12.98 MJ·kg-1、12.61 和 12.13 MJ·kg-1、14.15 和 13.95 MJ·kg-1、14.17和13.84 MJ·kg-1.整体上,50发酵豆粕的消化代谢能和总能表观消化率显著高于两种发酵棕榈粕、43发酵豆粕、发酵米糠粕(P<0.05),其余4种原料之间差异不显著(P>0.05).2)50发酵豆粕和43发酵豆粕的粗蛋白质和总氨基酸的AID、SID显著高于发酵米糠粕、发酵棕榈粕1和发酵棕榈粕2(P<0.05),两种发酵豆粕之间差异不显著(P>0.05).两种发酵棕榈粕和米糠粕之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但两种发酵棕榈粕优于发酵米糠粕.

The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effective energy and ileal terminal amino acid digestibility of five different protein ingredients(50 fermented soybean meal,43 fermented soybean meal,fermented rice bran meal,fermented palm meal 1,and fermented palm meal 2)in growing pigs by digestive metabolism trial and ileal terminal amino acid digestibility trial.Experiment 1:Thirty-six healthy"Duroc×Landrace×Large"ternary growing pigs(35.04±1.74 kg)were randomly divided into 6 treatments(6 replicates for each treatment,1 pig for each replicate).The six treatment groups were respectively fed corn-soybean meal basal diet,50 fermented soybean meal diet,43 fermented soybean meal diet,fermented rice bran meal diet,fermented palm meal 1 diet,and fermented palm meal 2 diet.And the experimental group diets replaced corn-soybean meal with five protein ingredients at 15%content in equal proportions according to the energy-supplying components of the basal diet.The digestive and metabolic energies of the five protein ingredients were determined using the total fecal collection method.Experiment 2:In this experiment,a total of 18 Duroc× Landrace×Large hybrid healthy castrated boars with an average weight of 50.13±2.53 kg installed with a simple T-cannula were used in an incomplete Latin-square experimental design,which was divided into 6 groups.A total of 2 experimental phases were conducted(5 d pre-test period and 2 d test period for each phase,for a total experimental period of 14 d),with 6 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.The experimental diets used 50 fermented soybean meal,43 fermented soybean meal,fermented rice bran meal,fermented palm meal 1,and fermented palm meal 2 as the only source of protein and amino acids,and the nitrogen-free diet was used to correct for the endogenous nitrogen loss.Ileal digesta was collected during the test period for determination of apparent ileal digestibility(AID)and standardized ileal digestibility(SID)of amino acids.The results showed that:1)On a dry matter basis,the digestible and metabolizable energies of 50 fermented soybean meal,43 fermented soybean meal,fermented rice bran meal,fermented palm meal 1,and fermented palm meal 2 were 18.16 and 17.33 MJ/kg,13.51 and 12.98 MJ/kg,12.61 and 12.13 MJ·kg-1,14.15 and 13.95 MJ·kg-1,14.17 and 13.84 MJ·kg-1,respectively,on growing pigs.Overall,the digestible metabolizable energy and total energy apparent digestibility of 50 fermented soybean meal was significantly higher than the two types of fermented palm meal,43 fermented soybean meal,and fermented rice bran meal(P<0.05),and the differences between the remaining four raw materials were not significant(P>0.05).2)The AID and SID of crude protein and total amino acids of 50 fermented soybean meal and 43 fermented soybean meal were significantly higher than fermented rice bran meal,fermented palm meal 1 and fermented palm meal 2(P<0.05),and the differences were not significant between two types of fermented soybean meal(P>0.05).The differences between two types of fermented palm meal and fermented rice bran meal were not significant(P>0.05),but two types of fermented palm meal are superior to fermented rice bran meal.
