磁约束聚变装置中有大量的旋转机械类设备,实时监测这些关键设备的温度、电压、转速和振动等参数对保障装置及系统安全运行具有重要意义.为实时监测这些关键设备的运行状态,设计一种以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为核心的在线监测系统.该系统通过构建多量程电压调理与宽温区温度采集通道,并配合高分辨率模数转换模块,可以实现微弱信号的动态采集与数据处理.其中,电压采集模块采用分段动态分压与隔离放大、数字滤波相结合的方式,确保宽量程下的高精度测量;温度测量部分利用恒流激励铂电阻传感器与非线性反解算法,实现对低温至常温区间的准确计算.测试结果表明:所设计系统电压测量精度在低量程(0~1 V)优于0.04%F.S.,高量程(1~10 V)优于0.02%F.S.;温度在20~325 K区间内,采集误差不超过0.13 K.该系统具备多通道扩展性,支持数据实时传输与可视化,适用于高要求实验环境下的设备状态监测与故障预警.

In magnetic confinement fusion devices,numerous rotating mechanical components are present.Real-time monitoring of key parameters such as temperature,voltage,rotational speed,and vibration is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of both the equipment and the overall system.On this basis,an field-programmable gate array(FPGA)-based online monitoring system is designed to monitor the operating status of these key devices in real-time.In the system,the temperature acquisition channel with multi-range voltage conditioning and wide-temperature range is constructed and cooperated with the high-resolution analog-to-digital conversion module,so as to realize the dynamic acquisition and processing of weak signals.In the voltage acquisition module,a combination of segmented dynamic voltage division,isolated amplification,and digital filtering is used to ensure high-precision measurement over a wide range.For the temperature measurement,a constant current-excited platinum resistance sensor and a nonlinear inverse algorithm are used to realize the accurate measurements in the low-to-ambient temperature range.The testing results show that the system achieves voltage measurement accuracy better than 0.04%F.S.in the low range(within 1 V)and better than 0.02%F.S.in the high range(from 1 V to 10 V).Within the range from 20 K to 325 K,the temperature acquisition error does not exceed 0.13 K.This system supports multi-channel expansion,real-time data transmission,and visualization,making it suitable for equipment condition monitoring and fault prediction in high-demand experimental environments.
