基于多模态感知的配电室故障检测系统设计OA
Design of distribution room fault detection system based on multimodal perception
配电室作为电力系统的重要组成部分,运行中发生故障会造成严重后果.针对目前配电室检测系统存在的依赖单传感器采集设备状态、忽略环境因素影响、过度依赖人工巡检等问题,设计一种基于多模态感知的配电室故障检测系统.硬件层面,设计分布式管理系统与环境设备状态感知终端:分布式管理系统采用分布式架构部署在配电室多台关键设备上,实现设备检测与状态信息采集;环境设备状态感知终端集成温湿度、粉尘浓度等多参数环境监测模块,实时采集环境状态.两类终端通过RS 485总线通信,由环境及设备状态感知终端完成数据整合,并通过4G网络上传至云端.软件方面,设计智能云平台,开发可视化运维界面,实现设备监控、实时分析状态判断、监测数据可视化等功能.经实际工程测试,该方案通过监测配电室多个关键设备,显著提升了设备运行可靠性,展现出高精度检测能力、毫秒级响应速度及卓越的系统稳定性,可为配电室数字化改造提供技术参考.
As a critical component of power systems,distribution room operation failures can lead to severe consequences.In allusion to the limitations of current distribution room detection systems:such as reliance on single-sensor data acquisition,neglect of environmental factors,and excessive dependence on manual inspections,a distribution room fault detection system based on multimodal perception is proposed.In terms of hardware implementation,a distributed management system and an environmental equipment status sensing terminal are designed.The distributed management system is deployed on multiple key devices in the distribution room by means of a distributed architecture,enabling equipment detection and status information collection.The environmental equipment status is used to sensing terminal integrates multi-parameter environmental monitoring modules such as temperature and humidity,and dust concentration to collect environmental status in real time.Two types of terminals can communicate via the RS 485 bus.The environment and equipment status sensing terminal can complete data integration and upload it to the cloud through the 4G network.In terms of software,an intelligent cloud platform is designed and a visual operation and maintenance interface is developed,which can realize functions such as equipment monitoring,real-time analysis and status judgment,and monitoring data visualization.After actual engineering tests,this solution can monitor multiple key equipment in the distribution room,significantly improving the operational reliability of the equipment.It demonstrates high-precision detection capability,millisecond-level response speed and excellent system stability,and can provide a technical reference for the digital transformation of distribution rooms.
