夜间照明对高寒草甸植物-夜间传粉者互作的影响OA
Effects of nocturnal lighting on nocturnal plants-pollinator interactions in alpine meadows
为了研究人工灯光对高海拔地区夜间传粉者昆虫及植物-传粉者互作关系的影响,在青藏高原东缘高寒草甸设置了夜间照明实验(照明和非照明2个处理),调查植物群落内夜间传粉者的多度和多样性,构建植物-传粉者互作网络,探究夜间照明对夜间传粉昆虫群落及传粉网络的影响.结果表明,夜间照明不影响夜间传粉昆虫群落的物种多样性,但显著降低了夜间访问植物传粉昆虫的多度.根据不同传粉昆虫类群看,照明处理下夜间的鳞翅目、鞘翅目以及其他目的昆虫多度显著降低,而且鳞翅目昆虫丰富度也显著降低.通过构建夜间植物-传粉者互作网络,发现照明处理下夜间传粉网络的相互作用多样性、嵌套性显著下降,这种变化与照明后传粉昆虫多度的下降有关.研究结果说明夜间人工灯光干扰了植物-传粉互作,对高寒地区生物多样性保护具有重要的生态学意义.
To study the effects of artificial light on nocturnal pollinator insects and plant-pollinator interactions in high-altitude areas,a nocturnal lighting experiment(Lit and Unlit treatments)was established in the alpine meadow on the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau to investigate the abundance and diversity of nocturnal pollinators communities,construct a plant-pollinator interaction network,and explore the effects of nocturnal lighting on nocturnal pollinator communities and pollinator networks.The results showed that nocturnal lighting does not affect the species diversity of nocturnal pollinator communities,but significantly reduces the abundance of nocturnal pollinator insects visiting plants.According to different pollinator groups,the abundance of Lepidoptera insects,Coleoptera and other orders insects at night is significantly reduced under illumination treatment,and the richness of Lepidoptera insects is also significantly reduced.By constructing the nocturnal plant-pollinator interaction network,it is found that the interaction diversity and nestedness of the nocturnal pollinator network are significantly decreased under lighting treatment,which is related to the decrease of pollinator abundance after lighting.These findings indicated that artificial light at night disrupts plant-pollinator interactions,carrying significant ecological implications for biodiversity conservation in alpine regions.
