基于标准必要专利的产业技术轨道识别与演化研究OA
Identification and Evolution of Industrial Technology Tracks Based on Standard Essential Patents
准确识别产业技术轨道并揭示其演化规律,是科学研判技术发展趋势、前瞻布局产业创新的关键基础.本研究通过构建基于国际专利分类号(International Patent Classification,IPC)共现加权和CiteRank算法加权的双加权专利引证网络,融合聚类分析与搜索路径计数(Search Path Count,SPC)算法识别技术主路径,利用多维指标评估标准必要专利角色,划分技术轨道类型并解析其演化特征与研判未来趋势.无线通信领域的实证研究表明,该方法能依据标准必要专利将产业技术轨道划分为引领型、前沿型、边缘型等多种类型,系统揭示各类型产业技术轨道的结构特征、演进规律与发展潜力,从而为产业技术预见、创新布局与标准制定提供量化工具.
Accurately identifying industrial technology tracks and revealing their evolutionary patterns are key foundations for scientifically assessing technological development trends and proactively planning industrial innovations.This study constructs a doubly weighted patent citation network based on IPC co-occurrence weighting and CiteRank algorithm weighting,integrating cluster analysis with SPC algorithm to identify technical main paths.By utilizing multidimensional evaluation metrics,it assesses the roles of standard essential patents,categorizes technology track types,and analyzes their evolutionary characteristics and future trends.Empirical research in the field of wireless communication demonstrates that this method can classify industrial technology tracks into leading,frontier,marginal,and other types based on standard essential patents,systematically revealing the structural features,evolutionary patterns,and development potential of each type,thereby providing a quantitative tool for industrial technology foresight,innovation planning,and standard formulation.
