实景三维辅助城市规划决策技术研究OA
Study on 3 D Real Scene Assisted Urban Planning Decision-Making Technology
随着城市规模的快速扩张,传统的二维数据已经无法满足当前城市规划审批管理精细化、智能化、三维化的新需求.实景三维数据信息量大、直观、真实可靠.本文基于 Cesium 软件平台,搭建实景三维规划审批系统.实现了三维规划建设方案统筹管理,二维、三维一体化展示和空间分析辅助规划决策等功能,极大地提高了规划的科学性,弥补了传统二维审批手段的不足,契合新时期国土空间规划发展要求,对推动城市科学发展,提高规划项目审批决策的准确性和可靠性具有重要的意义.
Accompanying with rapid expansion of urban scale,traditional two-dimensional data can no lon-ger meet new demands for refined,intelligent and three-dimensional urban planning approval and man-agement.Realistic 3 D data is voluminous,intuitive and reliable.Based on the Cesium software platform,a real-scene 3 D planning approval system has been constructed.Unified management of 3 D planning and construction schemes,integrated 2 D and 3 D display,and spatial analysis to assist planning decisions have been achieved.It will greatly improve scientific nature of planning,compensate for the shortcomings of traditional two-dimensional approval methods,and align with the development requirements of territorial spatial planning in the new era.It is of great significance for promoting scientific urban development and improving the accuracy and reliability of planning project approval decisions.
